Refund policy

If you wish to return a product, please email Tapfabrication22@gmail.com to start the process. Please note that returns are accepted up to 30 days after the product is delivered, however there will be a 10% restocking fee plus return shipping fees. 

If there is a defect with your item, please email Tapfabrication22@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery and we will arrange a replacement to be sent.

If your product was damaged during shipping please let us know immediately and we will investigate and resolve the issue promptly.
